Let Her Fly by Ziauddin Yousafzai

Ziauddin Yousafsai has been battling for feminism for over twenty years, first for Malala,his daughter, and then for all girls living in patriarchal communities throughout the world. Taught to think that he was intrinsically stronger than his sisters as a young boy in Pakistan, Ziauddin revolted ata young age against injustice. And when he himself had a daughter, he promised that Malala will have a daughter. Then in 2012by continuing to go to her father's school, Malala was shot for standing up to the Taliban and Ziauddin almost lost the very person for whom his fight for equality started. Let Her Fly is Ziauddin's story from a stammering child growing up in a tiny village high in Pakistan's mountains to become an equality activist and the father of the youngest Nobel Peace Prize recipient ever.
